SAHUC is pleased to announce the "roll out" of the Online Hajji Registration system for
Hajj 1428 12007 which will commence from the 1 5 Ih ~pril2007in sha-ALLAH.
The "roll out" will take place in two phases:
First Phase (commences 15 April 2007):
In this phase, SAHUC will embark on an extensive publicity campaign in an endeavour to
inform and educate the Muslim public about the new system and its functionality. It is
SAHUC's intention insha-Allah to ensure that the education drive reaches as many people
as possible irrespective of their location in the country.
Second Phase (commences 2 p April 2007)
During the second phase, which will be launched on 25 April 2007, actual registration
will commence. Prospective applicank should take note that the new system has been
designed as an online application system which means that applicants can only submit
their applications on line via the internet. No provision has been made for manual
applications on paper-based forms. SAHUC and its affiliate members will endeavour to
have facilities available to assist with the "on-line" registration.
Please pav careful attention to the followinq:
1. Registration will be "on-line" only - there will &be application forms
available for completion at any of the SAHUC offices countrywide.The web
application form may not be printed.
2. The ONUS will be on the prospective Hajji to ensure that helshe registers "online".
SAHUC and its affiliate members will endeavour to have facilities
available to assist with the "on-line" registration. SAHUC and affiliate
members will not be responsible for any input errors.
3. Those Hajjees who applied last year (1427 12006) and did not perform Hajj
must re-apply "on-line" to qualify for bonus MERIT points which will be
allocated, you must provide the unique Queuing number allocated to you.
