Hi all are you sitting at home bored with time on your hands and lots of love to give?Are you over the age of 18 and love working with vulnerable children?Big Brothers Big sisters of South Africa is an international NGO that deals extensively with vulnerable children.We recruit members of the community to spend 1 hour a week for a period of one year lending EMOTIONAL support to a child in need.We offer training over a three day period free of charge after which you will receive an internationally recognised certificate.All we require from you is time and plenty of love.So what are you waiting for we got tons of children waiting to receive your love and support.Help us to make a Big Difference Little by Little.......

Join in the art of moving meditation and self defence. Tai Chi and Chi Kung has excellent health benefits and is good for recovery from injury or illness, depression, stress, strengthening the immune system, staying in shape, losing weight, coordination and balance. Due to the gentle slow moving nature of the excercises, Tai Chi is suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are kept small to ensure students receive sufficient personal training.

Morning Classes:
Venue: Observatory Community Hall and Recreation Centre
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 9:30 - 10:30 am
Fees: R250 per month

Evening Classes:
Venue: Observatory Community Hall and Recreation Centre
Days: Mondays and Thursdays
Time: 6pm - 7pm
Fees: R250 per month
